Royal Center

Royal Center is a versatile sports complex being built in Helsinki’s Jätkäsaari. The construction includes a sports arena, a spa hotel, and a parking garage. The sports center will offer several tennis, padel, squash, and badminton courts. The sports arena is designed for team sports and can accommodate three simultaneous floorball courts. In addition to international matches and national league games, the mid-arena can be adapted for concerts, festivals, trade shows, and corporate events. The arena’s capacity ranges from 3,500 to 4,200, depending on the event, and it can also be divided into smaller sections.

Next to the sports arena, a new stunning landmark, the Royal Center hotel, will be built at the southwestern tip of Helsinki, providing direct access to the recreational opportunities offered by the sports arena. The hotel will have up to 350 rooms, with breathtaking views of the sea or over Helsinki’s city center. The experience is enhanced by the hotel's own spa area.

Responsibility and sustainable development are reflected in the design and implementation of the Royal Center project. The planning phase takes into account user requirements and aims to create an ecological foundation for a functional and balanced whole.
