As Oy Avian Elämänkaarikodit, completed in Vantaa Aviapolis, is a hybrid building that combines a daycare center, enhanced service housing, services, and senior housing. For senior residents, there are spacious common areas on all floors, as well as a spa-like sauna section and a fireplace room. A total of 126 apartments and enhanced service housing units were completed.
