Kompassi & Loisto block is situated to the end of the Saukonpaasi cape, in Jätkäsaari. City block with windmill lay-out opens sea views to three directions, from all flats and from the yard. Outer facades towards the streets and the park are laid with black-grey bricks constraining a light framework for balconies. Courtyard is coloured light in a way of elder Helsinki city blocks. North facade opens to the street with office spaces. They are attached to the upper flats with staircases.
