The purpose of the design and tender competition was to find a high-quality and feasible solution, both in terms of urban appearance and technical solutions, for the construction of rental and right-of-occupancy apartments with state support in the new residential area of Kruunuvuorenranta. The project consists of two interconnected residential buildings, a courtyard, and an underground parking garage. Special attention has been paid to the versatility of the apartments and the livability of small apartments.
